<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5151 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW <br />FOR McDONALDS RESTAURANT, LOCATED AT 2201 HIGHWAY 10; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 500-97 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Gary Meyer, representing McDonalds, has applied for a development review <br />to replace the existing McDonalds Restaurant with a similarly sized building at 2201 Highway 10 , <br />property zoned B-3, Highway Business District, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Programmed Land First Addition, <br />County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that a <br />development review be conducted for this and similar projects; and, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this development review request: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Revised Plans, dated 8/14/97 <br />4. Memo from Rocky Keehn, City Engineer, dated 8/7/97 <br />5. Memo from Mark Bishop, Fire Marshal, dated 8/7/97 <br />6. Letter from Sunde Land Surveying, Inc., dated 7/12/97 <br />7.
