<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution 5199 <br />RufWetland Alteration Permit Reapproval <br />December 15, 1997 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />No part of any sewage disposal system <br />requiring on-land or in-ground <br />disposal of waste shall be located closer <br />than 100 feet from a wetland. <br /> <br />This lot will be connected to the City's sanitary <br />sewer system and as such will not be disposing of <br />wastes on site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the wetland alteration permit requested by Sherri Ruf, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1. Plans and supporting documentation for controlling erosion shall be provided by <br />the applicant and approved by the Community Development Director prior to the <br />issuance of any grading or building permits. <br /> <br />2. The pervious surface areas of the lots shall be sodded or landscaped (up to the five- <br />foot natural vegetation strip along the wetland) to prevent substantial soil loss from <br />the site. This will need to be accomplished before certificates of occupancy are <br />issued. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Only clean fill, substantially free of chemical pollutants and contaminants, shall be <br />brought onto the site. <br /> <br />4. The minimum building elevation for the home to be constructed on this lot shall <br />not be less 891.9 as specified in the City's Local Water Management Plan. <br /> <br />5. No waste--solid, hazardous or otherwise--shall be allowed to enter directly or <br />indirectly into the wetland. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall dedicate to the City a drainage easement over the wetland areas <br />on the lot before any permits (grading, drainage or otherwise) will be issued. <br /> <br />7. A five-foot wide strip of naturally vegetated land shall be left unlandscaped and <br />included within the easement area to further protect against contaminants <br />(fertilizers, etc.) from entering into the wetland. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall dedicate a drainage and utility easement to the City over and <br />across the following parts of Lot 2, Block 1, Downing Addition: <br /> <br />The north ten feet, the south ten feet, the west fiv~eet, the east five feet of the <br />north 135, the east 65 feet of the north five feet 0 the south 170.08 feet, and the <br />east five feet of the south 170.08 feet of Lot 2, Bock 1, Downing Addition, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />The foundations of the home shall not 1,600 square feet (excluding the garage) nor <br />
