<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5228 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW AND WETLAND BUFFER <br />PERMIT FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE BRIDGES TECHNOLOGY PARK, <br />8400 CORAL SEA STREET; PLANNING CASE NO. 514-98 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bridges Leasing Company, LLC, has requested City approval to expand its <br />building at 8400 Coral Sea Street to include the property at 8450 Coral Sea Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council approved Resolution 4800 on 8/28/95 <br />approving a development review and wetland alteration permit for Midwest IV to permit the <br />construction of a 29,168 square foot office/warehouse building; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that a <br />development review be conducted for all commercial and industrial development within the City; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />I. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br /> <br />Planning Application, dated 3/5/98 <br />Zoning and Location Map <br />City Council Resolution No. 4800, approved 8/28/95 <br />Ordinance 615 <br />Drainage Easement Document <br />Planning Commission resolution No. 542-987, approved 4/15/98 <br />Site Plans, date-stamped 4/23/98 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the dimensional requirements as set <br />forth in Chapter 1104 of the Municipal Code have been met; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the site plans dated 4/23/98 <br />conform to the requirements of Chapter 1116, Industrial Zoning District; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District and the City Engineer have reviewed the <br />proposed drainage plans and find them in conformance to watershed and local water management <br />plan requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Forester has reviewed the proposed landscaping plan and finds it to <br />be acceptable; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View/Spring Lake Park/Blaine Fire Marshal has reviewed the <br />site plans concerning access and drive aisles and find them to conform to Fire Department <br />specifications. <br />
