RESOLUTION NO. 8019 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY AT AUCTION <br /> WHEREAS, the police department acquired new digital cameras this year which <br /> was an upgrade to the older digital cameras; and <br /> WHEREAS, the older cameras and accompanying photo printers are no longer <br /> of use to the department; and <br /> WHEREAS, contributing these cameras, printers and other supplies to the <br /> Minnesota Department of Administration's Surplus Services auction may generate revenue <br /> for the city. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota that authorization is granted to dispose of <br /> six digital cameras, 3 photo printers and accompanying miscellaneous supply items <br /> through the Minnesota Department of Administration's Surplus Services auction. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of November 2012. <br /> e Flaherty, <br /> ATTEST: Jo- <br /> oA OAA- <br /> Jim Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
