<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5283 <br />ADOPTING THE 1999 PROPERTY TAX LEVY AND GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Councilor Quick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted numerous meetings, made available detailed copies of said <br />budget and published summary information on the proposed 1999 Budget in the City newsletter; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in accordance with the State of Minnesota Truth <br />In Taxation requirements on the proposed 1999 Budget on November 30, 1998; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, when the Fire Improvement Bonds of 1991 were issued, the City's 1999 debt service <br />payment was scheduled to be $102,771, however, due to changes in the allocation of costs between <br />participating cities, Mounds View's actual 1999 debt service cost on said bonds will be $80,151. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that <br />the following appropriations for the calendar year 1999 are hereby approvcd: <br /> <br />GENERAL FUND: <br />City Council <br />Advisory Commissions <br />City Administrator <br />Elections <br />Central Services <br />Finance <br />Community Development <br />Police <br />Firc <br />Streets <br />Fleet management <br />Recreation <br />Parks & Athletic Fields <br />Forestry <br />Social services <br />Contingency <br />Transfer To Other Funds <br />Community Center <br />Fitness Program <br />Fire Bonds of 1991 Debt Service <br /> <br />Total General Fund <br /> <br />Amount <br />$ 115,743 <br />6,450 <br />123,136 <br />7,514 <br />385,624 <br />152,857 <br />304,065 <br />1,402,174 <br />177,950 <br />330,081 <br />120,607 <br />98,874 <br />243,569 <br />54,672 <br />15,500 <br />48,000 <br />35,000 <br />50,000 <br />4,200 <br />80,151 <br /> <br />$3,756,167 <br />
