<br />. <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2515 <br />PAGE TWO OF TWO <br /> <br />3) BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the City of Mounds View <br />reserves its right to recertify its proposed 1990 property tax <br />levies and budgets pursuant to the provisions of any tax or Truth <br />In Taxation laws that may be adopted as a result of a Special <br />Session of the Legislature subsequent to the adoption of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Quick and upon a vote being taken, Ayes Nays, <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 24th <br />day of July, 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /><SEAL) <br />
