<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4157 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE STREET LIGHT UTILITY FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council on November 25, 1991, adopted Ordinance <br />No. 497 which established a street light utility program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council desires to have all revenues and <br />expenditures pertaining to the street light utility program <br />accounted for in a separate City fund. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the city <br />of Mounds View does hereby establish and create a fund designated <br />as the "Street Light Utility Fund"; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Mounds <br />View that there shall be deposited in said fund all payments <br />received by the City pursuant to provisions of Ordinance No. 497; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Mounds <br />View that expenditures of the fund shall be those normally <br />associated with the installation, operation, and maintenance of a <br />street light utility; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Mounds <br />View that an annual budget shall be prepared for the Street Light <br />Utility Fund and that said budget shall be considered and <br />approved by the Council in the same manner as other budgeted City <br />funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, by the Council of the city of <br />Mounds View that an annual accounting of the revenues and <br />expenditures of said fund shall be prepared and submitted to the <br />Council in the same manner as other City funds. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of December, 1991. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
