<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4122 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 4113, A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE <br />1992 PROPOSED GENERAL FUND AND DEBT SERVICE PROPERTY TAX LEVIES <br />AND SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SAME <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 4113 sets a date for a public hearing on <br />the proposed 1992 City budget and property tax levy for 7:05 p.m. <br />December 9, 1991 and sets a date for continuation of the hearing <br />for 7:05 p.m. December 17, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has set a date for a public hearing <br />on their proposed budget and proposed tax levy for 6:00 p.m. <br />December 10, 1991 and set a date for the continuation of the <br />hearing for the continuation of their public hearing for 6:00 <br />p.m. December 17, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Truth In Taxation legislation the City <br />may not have a public hearing on the it's budget and proposed <br />property tax levy on the same date as the county or School <br />District; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that <br />Resolution 4113 is hereby amended by rescheduling the <br />continuation of the public hearing on the City's proposed 1992 <br />budget and property tax levy from 7:05 p.m. December 17, 1991 to <br />7:05 p.m. December 18, 1991. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of September, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />c---~ <br />C-erk-Administrat <br />
