<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4123 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR DYNEX INDUSTRIES, 4751 MUSTANG CIRCLE, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 302-90 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the request by Dynex Industries for a planned unit <br />development amendment to the previously approved planned unit <br />development site plans for the project at 4751 Mustang Circle; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed changes involve the placement of <br />a 30 foot by 50 foot canopy at the site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed change does not impact previously <br />approved parking or landscaping plans; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the impact of the proposed change on the on- <br />site storm water management has been reviewed by the City <br />Engineer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the <br />proposed change will not significantly impact the storm water <br />management capabilities on the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the proposed planned unit <br />development amendment as requested. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of september, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~~ <br />
