<br />RESOLUTION NO. 4127 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF 'RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMMENDING JOHN FREEMORE FOR THE <br />CONS1RUCTION OF HORSESHOE COURTS AT SILVER VIEW PARK. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John-Freemore presented a proposal for the construction of <br />horseshoe courts at Silver View Park as a project for an Eagle Scout award; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John researched different horseshoe courts <br />designs in the neighboring areas and provided a design for the courts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the construction. of the horseshoe courts provided an added <br />recreational facility at Silver View Park and a compatIble activity for picnickers using the <br />picnic shelter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John constructed the courts according to competitive regulations <br />offering the opportunity for competitive league play; and <br /> <br />'\ <br /> <br />WHEREAs, John c9mpleted the courts and will submit this project as a <br />component for achieving an Eagle Scout award. <br /> <br />. .
