<br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4129 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN RAMSEY <br />COUNTY AND THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has been determined by the United States <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development (HOD) to be eligible as an <br />entitlement County to receive Community Development Block Grant Funds <br />(CDGB); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View wishes to participate with the <br />County in the Community Development Block Grant Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order for Mounds View to participate, it is necessary <br />to enter into a Joint Cooperative Agreement with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />(.Mounds View does hereby approve the Joint Cooperation Agrement between <br />Ramsey County and the City of Mounds View for Community Development Block <br />Grant Funding. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23 day of September, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />(' <br />. <br />
