<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4131 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3098 ESTABLISHING <br />PARK FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT RESERVATION FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all fees and charges of the city of Mounds view <br />are listed on a uniform schedule; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to make <br />additions to the schedule by amending the resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, fees for use of park facilities and equipment <br />should be included: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the <br />City of Mounds View hereby amends Resolution No. 3098 which <br />establishes fees and charges by adding the following: <br /> <br />City Hall Community Room Rental <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />$100.00 deposit plus $25.00 charge for residents for <br />one time uses such as showers, reunions, parties, etc. <br /> <br />2. $100.00 charge for non-residents for same uses. <br /> <br />3. No charge for community groups for organization <br />meetings. <br /> <br />PICNIC SHELTER RENTALS AT <br />LAKESIDE AND SILVER VIEW PARKS <br /> <br />1. $100.00 deposit plus $20.00 charge for residents and <br />$50.00 charge for non-residents. <br /> <br />2. The fee may be waived for community groups and <br />organizations. <br /> <br />PICNIC SHELTER AT CITY HALL PARK <br /> <br />1. $25.00 deposit plus $20.00 charge for residents and <br />$50.00 for non-residents. <br /> <br />2. The fee may be waived for community groups and <br />organizations. <br /> <br />PICNIC KITS OR OTHER EQUIPMENT RENTAL <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />$10.00 charge per use. Residents only. <br />
