<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4137 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMMENDING JOE O'CONNEIL FOR THE <br />RENOVATION OF THE HllLVIEW PARK HOCKEY RINK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Joe O'Connell presented a proposal for the renovation <br />of Hillview Park hockey rink as a project for an Eagle Scout Award; and <br /> <br />y <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Joe evaluated the condition of the hockey rink and <br />submitted a list of replacement parts and costs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the renovation of the hockey rink included the <br />replacement of cracked and splintered boards, the replacement of bolts, <br />gates and latches and priming and painting the inside and outside of the <br />boards; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Joe completed this project according to his proposal <br />and was very timely in completing the project before the winter season. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. that the City <br />Council of the City of Mounds View commends and thanks Joe O'Connell <br />for the renovation of Hillview Park hockey rink. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of November, 1991 <br /> <br />.?~ <br /> <br />~ <br />mantha Orduno, Clerk- <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
