<br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4139 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE <br />AND LOCATIONS FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW LION's CLUB <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Lion's Club presentlyl has <br />a charitable gambling license approved by the City of Mounds <br />View; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Lion's Club is requesting <br />renewal of its charitable gambling license; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Law requires the Mounds View Lion's <br />Club to obtain individual premise permits for the following <br />locations: <br /> <br />Mermaid, Inc. <br />2200 Highway 10 <br />Mounds View, MN <br /> <br />Donatelle's Supper Club <br />2400 Highway 10 <br />Mounds View, MN <br /> <br />Robert's Off 10 <br />2400 County Road H2 <br />Mounds View, MN <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />of the City of Mounds View hereby approves the renewal of the <br />charitable gambling license application and locations for the <br />Mounds View Lion's Club. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12 day of November, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~~~~ <br />ACTING <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />.
