<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4140 <br /> <br />CITY OF HOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RECYCLING GRANT REQUEST TO RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County is accepting applications for use of <br />SCORE funds to improve recycling participation by the publici and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city of Mounds View is eligible to apply for a <br />grant to provide administrative and promotional activities in- <br />tended to improve recycling participation among city residents <br />through education, awareness, and incentives; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Mounds View has <br />determined that this is an appropriate use of city resources and <br />increasing recycling participation benefits the pUblic health, <br />safety, and welfare of the community as a whole; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved to approve the application for <br />SCORE funding (attached) to Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Adopted this 18th day of November, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />~/~ <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />
