<br />, .-)1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4150 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Mounds view, Minnesota, was held at <br />the City Hall on the 23rd day of December, 1991, with the <br />following members present: wuori, Quick, Blanchard, Rickaby, <br />Linke <br /> <br />and the following members absent: None <br /> <br />Member Rickaby introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION LEVYING A TAX FOR DELINQUENT <br />UTILITY AND FORESTRY CHARGES OVER A ONE YEAR PERIOD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed all properties on <br />which there are delinquent utility and forestry charges; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined each affected property is <br />responsible for each charge the owner has incurred; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View hereby authorizes and directs the City Clerk <br />to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County the attached list of <br />delinquent utility and forestry charges, said list made a part <br />herein, for certification against the tax levy of said property <br />owners for the year 1991, collectible in 1992, and which listing <br />includes an administrative fee of five percent (5%). Interest <br />shall be figured at the rate of eight percent (8%) on the total <br />amount for one year.
