<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4159 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br />FALLING ON LEGAL HOLIDAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.01 of the Municipal Code calls for <br />regular meetings of the Mounds View City Council to occur on the <br />second and fourth Mondays of each month; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.03 of the Municipal Code calls for <br />agenda meetings of the Mounds View City Council to occur on the <br />first and third Mondays of each month; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain Mondays in 1992 are dates recognized as <br />legal holidays, thus prohibiting an official meeting of the Mounds <br />View City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City <br />Council to reschedule those meetings in conflict with legal <br />holidays. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />CIty of Mounds View that the following meeting dates are <br />rescheduled as shown: <br /> <br />Original Date <br /> <br />Rescheduled Date <br /> <br />May 25, 1992 <br />September 7, 1992 <br />October 12, 1992 <br /> <br />May 26, 1992 <br />September 8, 1992 <br />October 13, 1992 <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of January, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />:;?~~?c ~ <br />o~.- .... ..... ....... .. <br />~~ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
