<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4167 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN <br />ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the goal of the City of Mounds View to: <br /> <br />1. Implement a compensation plan which will keep the <br />City competitive in the recruitment and retention <br />of quality employees: and <br /> <br />2. Create a professional employment environment <br />where position classes are competitive with their <br />professional comparisons. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Implement a compensation policy which is in <br />compliance with the State's Pay Equity Law and is <br />consistent with standard compensation practices: <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Compensation Plan outlined in the <br />Administrative Policy included herein as Attachment A meets the <br />goals set forth herein. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Administrative <br />Policy entitled, "Compensation Policy", dated January 9, 1992. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13 day of January, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
