<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4168 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WAGE RANGES AND INSURANCE <br />CONTRIBUTION TO NON-UNION PERSONNEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the wage ranges for the Compensation Plan for <br />non-union personnel must be set annually by Council resolution; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the wage ranges are attached to this <br />resolution as Attachments A and B; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City continue to make <br />a contribution towards the cost of employee health insurance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> <br />1. The 1992 wage ranges shall be as specified in <br />Attachments A and B. <br /> <br />2. The City shall make a contribution of up to <br />$285.00 per month towards the cost of family <br />health insurance and shall pay the entire <br />premium for single health coverage. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13 day of January, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
