To determine what citizens <br />feel is special and, conversely, not so special, about Mounds <br />View, a series of open- and closed-ended questions were asked. <br />The responses show that residents are generally content with <br />their city. But, the proportion of good <br />ratings to excellent ones is somewhat high, indicating that there <br />is some raom for improvement. <br />Groups more flattering in their evaluations included: <br />Over twenty year residents <br />Planning to stay for rest of life <br />55-64 year olds <br />18
