They were also queried about possible <br />I expansions of several services, to meet real or imagined needs. <br />1 <br />In general residents were content with the services they were <br />fcurrently receiving and tended to incline against any major <br />changes from current operations or direction. <br />I <br />General City Services Eyaluationse <br />Residents were asked their evaluations of the provision o <br />eight services. They were instructed: <br />I would like to read you a list of a <br />fe services pro vided y the City or <br />County_ For each ones please tell me <br />r+hether you would rate the quality of <br />he service as excellerwi, good, only <br />j fair, or poor _ <br />Four services were rated very highly -- park maintenance, snow <br />plowing, police protection, and fire protection.
