Over the next five years, do you expect the qualifiy of life in Mounds View <br />to decline, remain about the same, or improve? <br />5. If you were moving to another city, what factor would be most import to <br />you in selecting your new place of residence? <br />7. How would you rate Mounds View on that — excellent, good, only fair or <br />poor? <br />8. If it were needed to maintain city services at their current level, would <br />you favor or oppose an increase in city property taxes? <br />9. Do you consider property taxes in Mounds View to be excessively high, <br />relatively high, about average, or comparatively low? <br />Below is a list of changes in city services, which could be made in the future, <br />to avoid increases in taxes or special assessments. For each one, please tell <br />me if you would favor that change as an alternative to higher taxes, or if you <br />would oppose that change even if it meant higher taxes. <br />10. Reduce the frequency of inspections and response time to complaints <br />about violations of city residential codes?
