<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4195 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br />BY SATURN OF ST. PAUL, 2375 HIGHWAY 10, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 335-91 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Saturn of St. Paul has requested City approval <br />to operate an automobile sales dealership at 2375 Highway 10~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance allows automobile sales <br />dealerships in a B-3, Highway Commercial District~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the development, as proposed, requires a <br />conditional use permit~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Site plan dated 11/91 <br />Lighting plan dated and revised 1/30/92 <br />Landscape plan dated 11/91 <br />Parking plan dated 11/91~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />proposal is in conformance with the requirements of the Municipal <br />Code, specifically Chapter 40~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the storm water controls for this site were <br />originally approved as part of the Mounds View Business Park <br />project and have been reviewed and are considered adequate by the <br />City Engineer~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended <br />approval of the conditional use permit request to the City <br />Council in Resolution No. 330-92. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View approves the conditional use permit with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Outside loudspeakers shall be utilized for paging <br />purposes only. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Only minor repairs and maintenance will be allowed <br />on site excluding major engine overhauls, <br />transmission replacement, and body work. <br />
