<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4216 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING STREET LIGHT UTILITY RATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with ordinance 497, the Mounds View City <br />Council created a street light utility for the City to operate, <br />maintain and improve upon the lighting of City streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Utility Billing Clerk shall quarterly prepare a bill <br />based on the rates for each property class and bill such fees with <br />the water and sewer billing for each lot and parcel; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary for <br />the City to set these rates by resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mounds View City Council that <br />the rates, effective January 1, 1992 are: <br /> <br />. RESIDENTIAL (includes single family homes, duplexes, fourplexes, <br />condominiums and townhouses) $3. 63/unit/quarter <br /> <br />. APARTMENTS <br />. COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL <br />. INSTITUTIONAL/CHARITABLE <br /> <br />$l4.46/acre/quarter <br />$16.44/acre/quarter <br />$16.44/acre/quarter <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a review of the street light utility <br />rates to determine their adequacy will be conducted annually. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
