<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4391 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY PLANNER <br />PAUL HARRINGTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the departure of the Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />has created a need for a distribution of the duties and <br />responsibilities of that position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to meet the needs of the organization, some of these <br />duties and responsibilities have been delegated to Paul Harrington, <br />City Planner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide compensation for the increase <br />in duties and responsibilities to the city Planner position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is fair and consistent with the <br />City's compensation policy is recommended. <br /> <br />. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment for Paul Harrington from Step 2, <br />$2,751/month, to Step 3, $2,912/month, effective 7/13/93.
