<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4394 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST BY <br />RON SCHMIDT, 2806 HIGHWAY 10, PLANNING CASE NO. 365-93 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ron Schmidt has requested City approval to <br />operate a minor auto repair facility at 2806 Highway 10: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows minor <br />auto repair facilities in a B-3, Highway Commercial District: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a) site plan dated June 4, 1993 <br />b) Letter of request dated May 28, 1993 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the proposal and recommended approval in Resolution No. <br />364-93. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the conditional use permit with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. A storm water control plan and landscape plan <br />shall be submitted by the applicant and approved <br />by the appropriate City Staff. <br /> <br />2. There shall be no outside loudspeakers at this <br />facility. <br /> <br />3. Only minor repairs and maintenance will be allowed <br />on site between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 <br />p.m. Monday through Saturday and between 11:00 <br />a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Sunday. <br /> <br />4. No major engine overhauls, transmission <br />replacement, or body work shall be allowed on the <br />site. <br /> <br />~ <br />
