I I I I WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement prepared for the remodeling and construction of an addition to CitV Hall, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the complying bids are summarized on the attached Exhibit A; and I WHEREAS,' it appears that Mikkelson-Wulff Construction, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder; and I . RESOLUTION NO. 4433 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR CITY HALL ADDITION AND REMODELING CONTRACT WHEREAS,I Mikkelson-Wulff Construction, Inc. has requested that it be allowed to withdraw its bid; and I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View as follows: I 1. The Irequest by Mikkelson-Wulff Construction, Inc. to withdraw its bid is denied; and I . ATTEST: ~SEAL) 2.
