<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4665 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRE OF LAURIE MEZERA-KERR TO FILL THE <br />VACANT TEMPORARY, PART-TIME RECYCLING INTERNSHIP POSITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, when the City's Code Enforcement Officer/Recycling Coordinator departed <br />in April of this year, the Council responded to the needs of the community by creating <br />a Planning Associate position that would do full-time code enforcement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the other duties and responsibilities of that position, recycling, have been <br />partially performed since this reassignment by other members of the Community <br />Development Department to keep the program operating; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to fully resume these duties and responsibilities, the City Council <br />adopted Resolution 4637 which approved the filling of this vacant position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an announcement advertising the availability of the position was placed <br />in various publications, applications were received and candidates were interviewed; <br />and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the position of Recycling Intern be filled by <br />Laurie Mezera-Kerr, funding to come from Ramsey County SCORE grant budgeted in <br />290-4121-010. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED this would be a part-time position, up to 19 hours per <br />week, earning $8/hr. with no benefits. <br /> <br />Presented this 29th day of November, 1994. <br /> <br />(A TTEST) <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
