RESOLUTION 8043 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SELECTION OF THE CITY'S OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.831, it requires the City <br /> Council to also annually designate a legal newspaper of general circulation in the City as its <br /> official newspaper; and <br /> WHEREAS, Staff received bids from Sun Media (Sun Focus), The Bulletin, <br /> Shoreview Press and the Pioneer Press; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Mounds View City Council selects Sun Media(Focus), as the City's <br /> official newspaper and The Pioneer Press as the City's secondary newspaper. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View does hereby selects the following official newspapers: <br /> Official Newspaper: Primary: Sun Media (Sun Focus) <br /> Secondary: St. Paul Pioneer Press <br /> Adopted this 14th day of January, 2013. <br /> rl <br /> r <br /> F; <br /> •e Flaherty, 4 - <br /> ATTEST: <br /> James Ericson, City Administrator <br /> (seal) <br />
