RESOLUTION NO. 13-EDA-274 <br /> MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (EDC) <br /> WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission (EDC) consist of members <br /> appointed by the Economic Development Authority (EDA); and <br /> WHEREAS, there are three (3) vacant seats on the EDC effective January 1, <br /> 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, Jason Helgemoe (business seat), Torri Johnson (business seat) and <br /> Gary Meehlhause (resident seat) had term seats, which expired on December 31, 2012; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff received three (3) commission applications. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the EDA does hereby appoint the <br /> following below to the EDC: <br /> Name Term Expiration <br /> Jim Freichels December 31, 2015 <br /> Jason Helgemoe December 31, 2015 <br /> Gary Stevenson December 31, 2015 <br /> Adopted this 14th day of January 2013, by the <br /> Mounds View Economic Development <br /> Authority <br /> Jo- laherty, Pres'y' <br /> ATTEST: <br /> J Ct. v _d E% A�39� <br /> James Ericson, Executive Director <br /> (seal) <br />
