<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4672 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE -OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SUBDIVISION REQUEST OF <br />THE ESTATE OF ARLIEN NEWTON, 8300 FAIRCHILD AVENUE, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />proposed minor subdivision request by the Estate of Arlien Newton <br />for the property located at 8300 Fairchild Avenue, legally known <br />as: Lot 5, Block 1, Gustafson's 1st Addition, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota; and, that part of Lot 68, Auditor's subdivision No. <br />89, Ramsey County, Minnesota described as beginning at the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot 68; thence West along the North line <br />of said Lot 68 a distance of 240.10 feet to the Southwest corner <br />of Lot 5, Block 1, Gustafson's 1st Addition; thence South along <br />the southerly extension of the West line of said Lot 5 a distance <br />of 95.07 feet; thence East 240.10 feet to a point on the East <br />line of said Lot 68, which point is 95.07 feet South from the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot 68; thence North along said East <br />line 95.07 feet to the point of beginning; and, that part of Lot <br />68, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minn., described <br />as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 68; <br />thence South along the East line of said Lot 68 to the <br />intersection of a line lying 10 feet Southerly of and parallel <br />with a line running from a point of said East line, 95.07 feet <br />South of said Northeast corner to a point on the West line of <br />said Lot 68, 95.07 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Lot <br />68, said intersection being the point of beginning; thence West <br />along said parallel line to the East line of the West 218.1 feet <br />of said Lot 68; thence North along said East line to the first <br />described line above; thence East along said line to the East <br />line of said Lot 68; thence South along said East line to the <br />point of beginning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each of the proposed lots meet minimum lot <br />standards as set forth in Titles 1100 and 1200 of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the minor subdivision request by the Estate <br />of Arlien Newton, 8300 Fairchild Avenue, contingent upon the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. This resolution and certificate of Survey be recorded <br />with Ramsey County within sixty (60) days of final <br />adoption. <br />
