<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4702 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A HIRE OF <br />STEVEN ANDERT, PART-TIME CUSTODIAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's part-time custodian recently resigned due to <br />personal time constraints, leaving the city without a custodian; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since his departure, a cleaning service has been <br />performing the basic custodial functions until a replacement could <br />be found; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to fill this position, an advertisement was placed in the <br />newspaper and four applicants were interviewed on Tuesday, 1/3/95; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Steven Andert has a significant amount of experience <br />in this field, currently working as a lead custodian for the <br />Shoreview Community Center. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />hereby approve the hire of Steven Andert for the position of part- <br />time custodian at Step 1 wage of $7.50/hr effective 1/11/95. <br /> <br />Presented this 9th day of January, 1995. <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br />
