<br />. <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4703 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING NORTHRIDGE PROPERTIES PARTNERSHIP <br />APPLICATION FOR MINNESOTA HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY FUNDING <br />FOR REHABILITATION OF WOODLAWN TERRACE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Norhtridge Properties Partnership, owners of Woodlawn Terrace, are <br />requesting assistance from Minnesota Housing Financing Authority (MHFA) for the <br />rehabilitation of seven buildings located on Woodlawn Drive in the City of Mounds View; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MHFA's goal is to provide funding for the rehabilitation of rental units <br />to support affordable, decent, safe and energy efficient housing for lower income families; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Woodlawn Terrace apartments houses over 100 low to moderate income <br />families in Mounds View, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Woodlawn Terrace is targeted by the City of Mounds View as part of <br />the project area in critical need of rehabilitation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rehabilitation of existing multi-family units benefits the entire <br />community. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council in and for the <br />City of Mounds View does hereby support Northridge Properties Partnership application for <br />Minnesota Housing Finance Authority funding to rehabilitate Woodlawn Terrace. <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of January, 1995. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />A TrEST: <br />
