<br />.. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4708 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW TO EXECUTE <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 95-99 WITH CITYWIDE DEVELOPERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed the <br />request known as the Sherwood Estates Development, Planning <br />Case No. 387-94, and recommended approval of the project in <br />Resolution No. 392-94; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council reviewed the re- <br />quest and approved the proposal in city Council Resolution No. <br />4653; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has stipulated that <br />the applicant enter into a Development Agreement with the City <br />for the approved project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the city of Mounds View authorizes its Mayor and Clerk-Admin- <br />istrator to execute Development Agreement No. 95-99 on behalf <br />of the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of January, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
