<br />-. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4719 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ALLOW DISPLAY AND SALE OF MODEL HOMES AT COLONIAL <br />VILLAGE MANUFACTURED HOME PARK, PLANNING CASE NO. 391-94 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Colonial Village Manufactured Home Park has <br />made application to allow the display and sale of model homes <br />within the Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted the following <br />items as part of the application: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application dated June 29, 1994 <br />2. Letter outlining proposal dated December 6, 1994 <br />3. Site Plan dated December 6, 1994 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Title 1100 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />allows the display and sale of model homes within a manufactured <br />home park with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request against the criteria listed in Title 1100 governing <br />issuance of Conditional Use Permits. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the requested conditional use permit for <br />the display and sale of model homes at Colonial Village <br />Manufactured Home Park, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />1) A copy of this Conditional use permit shall be recorded <br />with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />2) Number of units available for sale at anyone time <br />shall not exceed 6% of licensed lots. <br /> <br />3) Units offered for sale shall be installed in compliance <br />with all applicable City and State regulations <br />governing Manufactured Homes. <br /> <br />4) A current list of properties, updated monthly, upon <br />which model homes are offered for sale shall be <br />provided by the applicant and kept on file at City <br />Hall. <br /> <br />5) Marketing of the model homes including walk-throughs <br />and open houses shall be limited to the hours of 8 a.m. <br />to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. <br />
