<br />-II <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4730 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution appointing Diane Wuori and Public Works Director Mike Ulrich to the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District Citizen's Task Force and <br />Technical Advisory Committee, respectively. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) is updating its water <br />management plan and is requesting assistance from affected municipalities to help <br />develop a 'proactive and reasonable plan for the future'; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, to assist with this process, RCWD is creating a Citizen's Task Force and <br />a Technical Advisory Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the March 6, 1995 Council Worksession, staff presented this request <br />to the City Council who directed staff to ask Diane Wuori if she was interested in <br />serving on the Citizen's Task Force; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has since contacted Diane Wuori who has agreed to serve on this <br />Task Force. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Diane Wuori and Public Works Director Mike <br />Ulrich are appointed to the Rice Creek Watershed District Citizen's Task Force and <br />Technical Advisory Committee, respectiveiy. <br /> <br />Presented this 20th day of March, 1995. <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
