<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4749 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRE OF MIKE MUELLER, <br />GOLF COURSE GROUNDS SUPERINTENDENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the position of Golf Course Grounds Superintendent was <br />advertised in several local publications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 11 candidates applied for the position, 8 of whom were <br />interviewed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mike Mueller was one of the candidates who applied for the <br />position and was interviewed based on his credentials; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Mueller has an Associates degree in biology from <br />Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato and has taken classes in turf <br />management at the University of Minnesota at Waseca; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, His work experience has been with the Montgomery Golf <br />Club, where he has worked for almost seven years, four of those <br />years as the head superintendent; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, His education and past work experience indicate he has the <br />knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job tasks and duties <br />of the position. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the interview panel proposes <br />Mike Mueller be hired for this Golf Course Grounds Superintendent <br />position starting Monday, April 24, 1995, at an annual salary of <br />$25,000 to be paid out of Golf Course Account No. 750-4601-020. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this hire is contingent upon successful <br />completion of a physical examination and drug test. <br /> <br />Presented this 13th day of April, 1995. <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br />
