<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.95% <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4754 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1995 NON-UNION PERSONNEL COMPENSATION <br />SCHEDULE, INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION SCHEDULE AND POSITION <br />RECLASSIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Compensation and Insurance Schedule for non-union personnel <br />must be set annually by Council resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed non-union wage ranges are included in the 1995 Personnel <br />Compensation Schedule C; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Compensation Schedule reflects a 2.95% annual compensation <br />adjustment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City continue to make a contribution toward the cost of <br />employee health insurance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the positions of Engineering Aide, Housing Intern. Division Secretary and the <br />Golf Course Club House Manager are being considered for reclassification. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />1. The 1995 wage ranges for non-union personnel shall be as specified in the <br />1995 Compensation Schedule C, effective 1/1/95, and <br /> <br />2. The City shall make a contribution of up to $330/month (Schedule E) <br />towards the cost of family health insurance and shall pay the entire premium <br />for full-time single health insurance coverage, effective 1/1/95, and <br /> <br />3. The Engineering Aide be reclassified, the Housing Intern be reclassified to <br />Housing Inspector, the Division Secretary be reclassified to Department <br />Secretary and the Golf Course Club House Manager be reclassified to Golf <br />Course Manager. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of April, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
