<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4765 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FOUR (4) OFF-SITE DIRECTIONAL SIGNS FOR <br />SUNRISE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sunrise united Methodist Church has made <br />application for four (4) off-site directional signs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows off-site <br />directional signage with approval of the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request and <br />found that the off-site signage is appropriate in relation to the <br />overall intention of the Municipal Code. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />city Council approves the request of Sunrise united Methodist <br />Church for Four (4) off-site directional signs contingent upon <br />the following: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The signs shall be designed and located as indicated on <br />the attached letter from the applicant dated April 20, <br />1995, copy attached hereto. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />written approval from County or State jurisdictions <br />regarding the placement of the signs shall be obtained <br />prior to installation of the signs. A copy of such <br />written approval shall be provided to the City. <br /> <br />c) Installation and maintenance of the signs shall be the <br />responsibility of the applicant. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of May, 1995 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />.
