<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4782 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO FORMALLY ACCEPT THE EMERGENCY PLANS FOR <br />COLONIAL VILLAGE AND MOUNDS VIEW MANUFACTURED HOME PARKS, AND <br />TO EXTEND THE PRE EXISTING EMERGENCY PLAN FOR TOWNS EDGE TERRACE <br />MANUFACTURED HOME PARK FOR SIXTY DAYS FROM THIS SIGNING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 13 1994 the City Council approved the pre existing <br />emergency plans for Mounds View, Colonial Village and Towns Edge Manufactured <br />Home Parks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extension given the Manufactured Home Parks was until June <br />1, 1995 so they could construct storm shelters on-site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View and Colonial Village Manufactured Home Parks have <br />completed their on-site storm shelters and have submitted new emergency plans; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Towns Edge Terrace had encountered construction problems, <br />which are now resolved, and construction will begin June 12, 1995. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View hereby accepts the emergency plans for Mounds View and Colonial <br />Village Manufactured Home Parks. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City Of Mounds View <br />extends the completion date for Towns Edge Terrace Manufactured Home Park to <br />August 10, 1995. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of June, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
