<br />. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4788 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST OF <br />PINEWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 5500 QUINCY STREET, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 418-95 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pinewood Elementary School has requested City <br />approval to construct an addition to their existing facility at <br />5500 Quincy Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal would allow the construction of <br />approximately 5650 square feet to accommodate expanding space <br />needs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />requires that a development review be conducted for this and <br />similar proposals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />following documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> <br />l. <br />2 . <br />3. <br /> <br />Site Plan dated April 28, 1995 <br />Grading Plan dated April 28, 1995 <br />Landscape Plan dated April 28, 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br />proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements of <br />Chapter 1100. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the development review request. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of June, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br />CI <br />
