<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4790 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR STEVE ANDERT, CUSTODIAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Steve Andert began working for the City of Mounds View in <br />January of 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Andert's work performance has fulfilled the <br />responsibilities of Custodian as outlined in the job description; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Andert's work performance has been satisfactorily <br />reflected in his performance review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment to Step 2, which is consistent with the <br />City's compensation policy, is recommended. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />hereby approve a wage adjustment for Steve Andert from $7.73/hour <br />to $8.20/hour effective 1/11/95. <br /> <br />Presented this 17th day of July, 1995. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />Je~~~ <br /> <br />~, . 7 <br />~/Y)1AY . j..-I ~~Lttl) <br />Samantha)Ordun , City Administrator <br />t / <br />" .../~ <br />~,,,_.~,,,,. <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br />
