<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4806 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW TO ENTER INTO A <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH KERR TRANSPORT A TION SERVICES, INC. TO <br />PROVIDE DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING PROGRAM FOR SAFETY SENSITIVE <br />EMPLOYEES PER FEDERAL MANDATE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View, acting in accordance with Federal <br />Regulation, is required to implement a drug and alcohol testing program for safety <br />sensitive employees. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View City staff reviewed and researched alternative <br />programs and found Kerr Transportation Services to be an excellent provider of this <br />servIce. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A one time fee of $189 plus drug and alcohol tests costs enters <br />Mounds View into Kerr's Service Program. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View authorize Staff to enter into a Service Contract with Kerr Transportation <br />Service, Inc <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Adopted this 11 th day of September, 1995 <br /> <br />9r~ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
