<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4810 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE POLICY FOR COUNCIL <br />PARTICIPATION IN CABLE TV BROADCASTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish a formal written policy <br />regarding the Council's participation in Channel 16's Cable program, 'View From the <br />Mound." <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council in and for the City <br />of Mounds View does hereby approve the following policy regarding Councilmember <br />appearances on "View From The Mound." <br /> <br />1.
