<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4026 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS <br />FALLING ON LEGAL HOLIDAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.01 of the Municipal Code calls for <br />regular meetings of the Mounds View City Council to occur on the <br />second and fourth Mondays of each month; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2.03 of the Municipal Code calls for <br />agenda meetings of the Mounds View City Council to occur on the <br />first and third Mondays of each month; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain Mondays in 1991 are dates recognized <br />as legal holidays, thus prohibiting an official meeting of the <br />Mounds View City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mounds View City <br />Council to reschedule those meetings in conflict with legal <br />holidays. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />CIty of Mounds View that the following meeting dates are <br />rescheduled as shown: <br /> <br />Original Date <br /> <br />Rescheduled Date <br /> <br />January 21, 1991 <br />February 18, 1991 <br />May 27, 1991 <br />September 2, 1991 <br />November 11, 1991 <br /> <br />January 22, 1991 <br />February 19, 1991 <br />May 28, 1991 <br />September 3, 1991 <br />November 12, 1991 <br /> <br />Adopted this 7th day of January, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST; <br /> <br />s::~~c_~ <br /> <br /> <br />Cle~t~r <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
