<br />.. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4817 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING STEP ADJUSMTNET FOR JENNIFER BERGMAN <br />HOUSING INSPECTOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jennifer Bergman has been a regular full-time <br />employee for the City of Mounds View in the capacity of Housing <br />Inspector since April 1, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Bergmans' work performance has met the <br />responsibilities of Housing Inspector as outlined in the job <br />description; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, her work performance has been determined to be <br />satisfactory; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is consistent with the <br />City's compensation policy is recommended. <br /> <br />~ . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />~City of Mounds View hereby approve a wage adjustment for Jennifer <br />Bergman from $2,218.66/mo. to $2,357.32/mo. effective October 1, <br />1995. <br /> <br />Adopted this 26th day of September, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />/....... <br /> <br />A.TTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />. <br />
