<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4845 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 23, 1995, the City Council named Paul Harrington as the <br />Interim City Administrator; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the position must be established by Council <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council in and for the City <br />of Mounds View does hereby approve the following compensation provisions for the <br />Interim City Administrator, Paul Harrington: <br /> <br />1. A monthly increase of $1,000 added to current and reclassified salary. <br /> <br />2. Monthly car allowance of $200 with mileage paid for greater Metropolitan area <br />meetings, conferences and other activities. <br /> <br />BE IT ALSO RESOLVED THAT the compensation provisions are effective as of <br />Monday, November 27, 1995 and terminate upon the official employment <br />commencement of the new City Administrator, <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 1995. <br /> <br />A nEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />'I L h yC) <br />._ ,- _.
