<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 4880 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ALLOW OPERATION OF A SOFTWARE/HARDWARE CONTRACT ENGINEERING FIRM <br />AT 7295 SILVER LAKE ROAD, <br />FOR DEVELOPMENTIRESOURCE GROUP INC. <br />7295 SILVER LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 433-95 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Development/Resource group has requested City approval to locate a software and hardware <br />contract engineering fIrm at 7295 Silver Lake Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently zoned B-1, Neighborhood Business District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows for certain professional offIces in a B-1 zone. <br />district with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the development proposal is in conformance with <br />the requirements of the Municipal Code, specifIcally Chapter 1112,04, Subd, 2, . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves the <br />requested conditional use permit for a professional offIce in a B-1, Neighborhood Businesss District, for <br />DevelopmentJResource Group, 7295 Silver Lake Road, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />a, As per the direction of City Forester, landscaping including the placement of three 2-inch <br />shade trees, American Linden or Sugar Maple, on the north boulevard of the property, <br /> <br />b, Repair potholes and seal cracks on the parking lot of the property. <br /> <br />c, The Conditional Use Permit shall be recorded with Ramsey County <br />within 60 days of City Council approval, and a receipt of such recording shall be <br />provided to the City of Mounds View, <br /> <br />Ad.opted this 22nd day of January, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Mayor ... ....._..
