<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5365 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REAPPROVING THE WETLAND BUFFER PERMIT <br />FOR A SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING AT 6991 PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE AS <br />REQUESTED BY VISTA CONSTRUCTION; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 510-97 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vista Construction has requested approval of a wetland buffer permit to <br />construct an 1,800 square-foot home at 6991 Pleasant View Drive, property zoned R-l, Single- <br />Family Residential, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Subject to Sanitary Sewer Em,ement, <br />Lot 70, Kno/lwood Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 6991 Pleasant View Drive meets the dimensional requirements of a buildable <br />lot as set forth in Section 1104.06 of the Mounds View Zoning Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, parts of 6991 Pleasant View Drive are covered by wetland within the <br />subwatershed designated as SC-4 in the City's Local Water Management Plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the minimum recommended building elevation within this sub-watershed is <br />878.9 and the proposed minimum building level is 888.6: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City reviews all development that occurs within wetlands and their <br />buffers because of the important role that wetlands play in maintaining the ecosystem and the area <br />hydrology, in that they are critical to the present and future health, safety and general welfare of <br />the land, animals and people within the City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the proposal and finds it <br />consistent with the standards in the City's Wetland Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 1010.08, <br />Subdivision 4. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the wetland buffer permit requested by Vista Construction, contingent upon the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. Construction erosion control measures in the form of a silt fence shall be installed <br />along the east perimeter boundary of the grading area to limit soil loss. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13 th day of September, 1999. <br />
