<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5367 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />A resolution certifying the 2000 proposed operating budget <br />and property tax levy, and setting the date for a public hearing <br />on said budget and levy pursuant to State Statutes. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. State Statutes require taxing jurisdictions to adopt a proposed levy on or before <br />September 15th for the subsequent year; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Statutes also require taxing jurisdictions to select a date for a public hearing and <br />continuation hearing, if necessary, on its budget and proposed property tax levy. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota: <br />1) Pursuant to State Statutes, the following proposed 2000 Budgets are hereby adopted: <br />General Fund $3,758,257 <br />Fire Bonds 73,755 <br /> <br />2) Pursuant to State Statutes, the following proposed 2000 property tax levy (net levy after <br />deducting homestead and agricultural credit aid) is hereby adopted: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Fire Bonds <br />Total <br /> <br />$1,695,897 <br />73.75_~ <br />$1,769,652 <br /> <br />3) A public hearing on the Proposed 2000 Budget and property tax levy will be held at 6:00 <br />p.m. on December 6, 1999 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2401 Highway 10, <br />Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. Should it be necessary to continue the meeting at a later <br />date, such continuation meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on December 13, 1999 in said <br />Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of September, 1999. <br />/""--.---...\ ., /'-.: /-..
